Leonard Picardo, was employee no.2 at Deliveroo, having a hand in everything that took the company to where it is today. An operator, investor, and advisor, Leonard ended his time at Deliveroo in 2020 as Director of People Strategy & Development and will be sharing lessons learned along the journey.
