I’m an Associate at Seedcamp, where as a member of the investment team I help source and evaluate new opportunities for us as a fund. I also work closely with portfolio founders post-investment, supporting them on fundraising, their go-to-market strategy and wider company building issues.
I joined Seedcamp back in 2016, after graduating with a first-class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and a short stint in the journalism world. I grew up in a small British seaside town but spent much of my youth on the internet, playing around with (and designing) online forums. Now I can justify that as time well spent!
Outside of work you will likely catch me reading, keeping up to date with politics, or watching sports – mainly rugby or football (the unusual spelling of my name actually comes from a Saracens rugby player). I am always keen for new reading suggestions; two books I would heartily recommend to others right now are ‘Exhalation’ by Ted Chiang and ‘The Nix’ by Nathan Hill.
