On the journey with Orbital from day one to their $6OM Series B funding round

26.01.2026

Real Estate is the world’s largest asset class — but, as anyone who has bought a house or been involved in a property transaction knows, the legal processes underpinning it remain frustratingly slow, fragmented and manual.

That’s why we’re so thrilled to continue our support for Orbital, as they craft purpose-built AI for real estate, making transactions more transparent and reliable for all parties.

By combining AI optimised for real estate law with spatial visualisation, mapping, and property data, Orbital automates real estate legal work and enables transactions to progress faster — replacing manual, document-heavy review across hundreds of interdependent records, maps and historic deeds.

We’re delighted to participate in Orbital’s $60M Series B funding round, led by New York-based growth fund Brighton Park Capital (BPC). As a day one investor and an early supporter of Orbital’s vision, we’ve been there through every step of their journey, and we’re proud to continue backing the team.

The traction they’ve achieved to date has been remarkable. Last year, Orbital supported 200,000 real estate transactions across the US and UK, and secured adoption from hundreds of law firms including AM Law 100 and Magic Circle firms, as well as in-house legal teams, real estate developers, title companies, and REITs.

With this new investment, Orbital will support growth across the UK and US, and continue to drive adoption across the real estate transaction ecosystem. They also plan to double their  headcount and establish additional US hubs following the opening of their New York office in 2025, as they work toward their vision of fully automated AI-driven real estate legal processes — delivering the speed, accuracy and transparency this sector has sorely needed.

Seedcamp Partner Tom Wilson welcomed the news: “As an ex-lawyer, I have a real appreciation for the friction Orbital removes.”

“We backed Will and Ed at Day 0 because they built a purpose-built engine to automate complex real estate transactions. Seeing them continue to develop the product over the years to now scale to support 200,000 transactions confirms they are redefining the category, and we are thrilled to continue our support in this Series B.”
