About me
I’ve spent my entire career at the intersection of technology and startups. I began at a cybersecurity firm (GTE Cybertrust, acquired by Baltimore Technologies) and later worked with the R&D department (working with emerging tech) of the NYSE’s SIAC group before transitioning to working with founders in early-stage investing since 2007. My passion lies in engaging with founders, exploring the breadth and scope of their ideas, and discovering how they can become world-changing. I lead Seedcamp’s podcast, This Much I Know, and I am the author of The Fundraising Fieldguide, both of which serve as valuable resources for founders navigating the journey of building impactful companies.
From Day One
As the co-leader of Seedcamp, alongside my colleague Reshma, I’ve spent over 15 years helping European founders succeed on the global stage. At Seedcamp, I work closely with founders to help them realize their full potential, guiding them in shaping their vision and strategy. Additionally, I foster community by bringing founders together through events and thought leadership, leveraging the power of the Seedcamp Nation to drive collaboration and share the best thinking available. Lastly, I provide founding teams with support around founder fallouts, team growth dynamics, and navigating complex situations. My goal is to provide founders with the tools, insights, and support they need to thrive from day one.
