Ece Ozer

I joined Seedcamp in early 2026 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant. Previously, I worked in the House of Commons as Chief of Staff to a Member of Parliament, followed by managing operations at a start-up.

My role at Seedcamp is all about making our HQ a welcoming, vibrant place and keeping our fast-paced world running smoothly. I absolutely love welcoming people into our space, and I take pride in an office that is buzzing with the energy of the amazing Seedcamp community.

When I’m not running around the office, you can find me reading, baking all sorts of desserts and hanging out with my Maltipoo dog, Casper.

Even though London has been my home for a while now, I’m proudly Turkish, from the beautiful city of Istanbul.
