I head up our growth investing practice, supporting companies we invested in at pre-seed or seed as they breakout from Series A and beyond.
While I started this role in 2022, I feel very at home at Seedcamp since I was previously part of the investment team in London from 2012 to 2014. It’s remarkable to see the massive growth of the brand and portfolio since those earlier days, but the core values - empathy, excellence, dedication to people and the community - remain the same. I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work with such inspiring and visionary founders and the whip smart team at Seedcamp not once, but twice!
I have a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and am fascinated by technology across cultures and communities. Prior to re-joining Seedcamp, I was Chief Investment Officer at Newlab in New York investing in advanced technology startups from pre-seed through series B. Before that, I led pre-seed and seed investments in Hong Kong at Brinc and supported the local tech ecosystem through the Blueprint accelerator program backed by Swire. I began my career at a legal and advisory firm in London after graduating from Yale University.
Originally from a small town in northern New England, I learned to love winter, time outside, and a good book at an early age. Today I live in Brooklyn with my husband, our young daughter, and dog, Phoebe.
