Omniscient raises $4.1m to bring real-time reputation intelligence to the C-suite

02.04.2026

Corporate reputation is worth trillions – and unlike many other assets, once lost, it’s almost impossible to get back.

Yet the intelligence infrastructure most C-suites rely on remains remarkably underdeveloped. Typically, there are multiple, fragmented data sources (with many organisations juggling 150+ platforms), workflows built to react rather than anticipate, and human monitoring teams that simply can’t scale at the pace the market demands.

A single missed signal can wipe billions from market value overnight. The stakes are high – and that’s why we’re so excited to lead Omniscient’s latest $4.1 million funding round, alongside our friends at Drysdale, Plug and Play, MS&AD, Raise, Anamcara and xdeck, with additional support from Bpifrance.

Co-founders Arnaud d’Estienne and Mehdi Benseghir spent years at McKinsey watching these problems play out first-hand. They saw communications teams perpetually behind the information curve: the last to know when a crisis was breaking, and first to face the consequences. They saw avoidable reputational damage result in hefty crisis comms bills, often running into the millions.

Omniscient is their answer. The platform acts as an always-on team of analysts for the C-suite, ingesting data from over 100,000 sources across press, social, web, video and audio, and surfacing prioritised intelligence through a single management cockpit, which updates in real time.

Already trusted by global brands including Renault, it covers an organisation’s entire ecosystem: suppliers, competitors, clients and partners. A risk that once took days to detect can now be identified within minutes.

What makes it structurally different is that it gets smarter the more it’s used. As each organisation’s context builds, the insights sharpen – a compounding advantage that legacy monitoring tools are architecturally unable to replicate. The roadmap extends further still, into predictive analytics that tell organisations not just what is happening, but what is likely to happen next.

“Across dozens of engagements at McKinsey, the same pattern kept emerging,” said Arnaud d’Estienne, CEO and Co-Founder of Omniscient. “Organisations were sitting on vast amounts of data, but with no reliable way to turn it into decisions at the speed the market demands. The cost of that gap – in missed signals, missed opportunities, damaged reputations, and reactive crisis management – is enormous.”

“Omniscient exists to close it. It gives executive teams the intelligence they need, and frees the operational teams around them to focus on what actually moves the needle, rather than manually chasing information.”

“The C-suite deserves better than yesterday’s news.”

“Omniscient is tackling a problem that every large organisation faces but few have solved well – the ability to cut through the noise and surface what actually matters, in real time.” said Sia Houchangnia, Partner at Seedcamp.

“Arnaud and Mehdi have built something technically differentiated and commercially validated from day one, and the calibre of their early design partners speaks for itself. We’re excited to back them as they bring the platform to market.”
