📋 Role Overview

We believe the Seedcamp Visiting Analyst role is the most exciting launchpad for a career in European Venture. In this six month placement, you’ll work side by side with our investment team; sourcing, reviewing deals, drafting memos, a learning throughout from our very experienced team.

Our approach is to give our Analysts access to the full investment process, from early founder conversations through to committing and supporting our portfolio. In the last 12 months we’ve invested in over 30 startups and continue to back the most exciting founders in the region. You will now play a key part in this journey over the the first half of 2026.

This position suits individuals that are naturally curious and deeply passionate about early stage startups. As such, you will always go the extra mile in doing your best work and will never settle with satisfactory. We’re a low ego team and that suits individuals that never see a task as too small or not important enough for them.

Seedcamp has a long track record of Visiting Analyst’s who have gone onto incredible roles, both internally at Seedcamp but also into other top venture funds such as Dawn, Point 9, Cherry, Tiny and Episode 1 amongst others. Those that have decided VC isn’t for them have also discovered opportunities at leading startups or founded their own such as Citymapper.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supporting our investment process administratively and, where appropriate, with research and analysis on a particular sector, technology or business.
• Review inbound investment opportunities through our platform, presenting relevant companies to the wider investment team.
• Assist with collation, cleaning, and presentation of data related to investments and the portfolio.
• Use your initiative to identify a sector, technology or market of strategic interest for Seedcamp and own a research piece, data project or event related to it.
• Identify individual founder needs and connect them with relevant investors + mentors from our network.
• Research and write up vertical-related deep dives that we can share on our Seedcamp blog and socials.
